1. Application Overview

Schedulum ("App") is a free scheduling tool that integrates with Google Calendar via API to provide users with access to their calendar events. The App is developed by an individual programmer and is not affiliated with any company.

2. Use of the Application

• Users may connect their Google Calendar accounts to the App, allowing it to access and store information about connected calendars and events.
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and their account credentials.
• The App is provided as-is, and the Developer makes no guarantees regarding its functionality, availability, or compatibility with all devices.

3. Data Collection and Storage

• The App collects and stores the following information on secure servers:
  • Connected calendar data, including event details (even for deleted events if they remain in Google Calendar).
  • Account information such as email, avatar, and name.
• The App generates and stores a hashed unique device ID for identification purposes. This ID is created using a secure hashing method and does not contain sensitive device information.

4. Limitations of Liability

• The App is provided without warranty of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee error-free operation, complete security, or uninterrupted access.
• The Developer is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or unauthorized access to your Google account.
• Users are advised to use the App at their own risk and to ensure that their Google account is secured with strong passwords and two-factor authentication.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App remain with the Developer. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without explicit permission.

6. Modifications to the Terms

The Developer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the App, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
